The law firm BATALLER, FERRANDO & KRUITHOF ADVOCATS, AIE, with CIF V-53581492, founded in 2001, is oriented toward legal assistance and assessment, and toward defense counsel in court. It is a service directed toward individuals and enterprises, both residents and non-residents in Spain, and to public entities, especially in the region of La Marina Alta. Customer service is offered in six languages (Valencian, Spanish, Dutch, French, English and German).

The main objective of the law firm is to offer a personalized and quality service adjusted to what each costumer requires and to provide a multidisciplinary approach in the resolution of problems.

The FOUNDING MEMBERS of the firm are:

- Bernardo Hernández Bataller, lawyer since 1980 in Madrid and the Valencian Community, and Council Member at the Economic and Social Committee of the European Communities based in Brussels since 1994. He is a specialist in Construction Law, Consumer Law, Administrative Law and Community and Union Law. He collaborates in the teaching of specialized masters’ in several Spanish universities.

- Salvador Ferrando Pérez, lawyer since 1988, and specialized in Civil, Construction and Administrative Law. He carried the legal defense of individuals and enterprises in court in civil, commercial and contentious-administrative cases, as well as the defense of local administration and public bodies in the region of La Marina Alta. He has collaborated as an associate teacher of Administrative Law in the University of Alicante since 2013.

- Marc Kruithof, lawyer since 1988, is fluent in six languages (Valencian, Dutch, English, German, French and Spanish), and has been giving legal advice in estate, taxation and contract management to European citizens living or investing in La Marina Alta region, for over 20 years. He is engaged in defense in court of individuals and enterprises in matters of Civil, Penal and Family Law.
